Welcome to HyCapitol. By accessing or using our Hytale server, website, Discord server, or other HyCapitol services ("Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
Acceptance of Terms
By connecting to our server, joining our Discord, or using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our in-game and Discord rules. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Use of the Service
You must use our Services in a lawful and respectful manner. You may not cheat, exploit, harass other players, distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt the server or community. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms or our community rules.
Account and Access
Access to our server and certain features may require a valid Hytale account and, where applicable, a Discord account. You are responsible for keeping your accounts secure. We are not responsible for loss of in-game progress due to your violation of rules, technical issues, or server wipes announced in advance.
Content and Conduct
You retain ownership of content you create in-game, but you grant us a license to use, store, and display it as needed to operate the server. You may not upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights. We may remove content and take action against accounts that breach this policy.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. We are not liable for in-game item loss, connection issues, or actions of other players beyond what is required by applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HyCapitol and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time for violation of these terms or our community rules, or for any other reason. You may stop using our Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers, limitations of liability) will remain in effect after termination.
